The story of Rogero Wealth Planning is one of deep roots and goes back to the founding of St. Augustine, FL. The Rogeros are a strong Menorcan family with a rich history in the nation's oldest city. As a native of the area, Philip understands what small communities are all about. His passion is to help others build and secure their wealth and protect their families and the ones they love. Rogero Wealth Planning truly began with his grandfather Stephen A. Rogero Jr. CLU, and his father and mentor Michael J. Rogero Sr. CLU, ChFC.
Stephen A. Rogero, Jr. CLU began his career as an Agent with the Prudential in 1950 in Jacksonville, FL. He advanced into Sales Management and soon became a Regional Field Consultant. In 1956 he was promoted as Agency Manager of the Memphis Ordinary Agency. In 1963 he was transferred back to Jacksonville and assumed the position of Regional Vice President of Ordinary Agencies South Central Home Office. A promotion to Vice President of Ordinary Agencies Northeastern Home Office in Boston occurred in 1967 and he remained in that position until 1975 when he returned to Jacksonville as Co-Manager of the Prudential Jacksonville Ordinary Agency and became sole Manager in 1977. He retired from Prudential in 1986.
Michael J. Rogero, CLU, ChFC began his career with Prudential in 1975 as an Agent working under the guidance and mentorship of his Father, Stephen A. Rogero,Jr. While with Prudential Mike qualified for the Prudential President’s Club for sales success on two occasions. In 1995 he joined the Northwestern Mutual as an Agent specializing in Estate Planning and Business Succession Planning and after 5 years left and joined the Mass Mutual in August of 2000 where he remains to the present day. Mike qualified for the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table 21 times and was named 1994 Agent of the Year by the General Agents Association of Jacksonville.
Philip D. Rogero, the youngest of Michael Rogero's 10 children, decided to enter the business in 2011 and follow the footsteps of his father and grandfather. He quickly grew to be a successful advisor and gained extensive knowledge in many complex financial planning strategies including two professional designations: Financial Services Certified Professional (FSCP) awarded by The American College, and Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS) granted by The College for Financial Planning. He has also qualified for the Prestigious Million Dollar Round Table multiple times. Philip has always been drawn to helping clients and businesses establish sound accumulation and protection solutions and his success accelerated the growth of his firm.
